What we do for sump pump installation
If water comes up through the basement floor or seeps in at the bottom of the walls when the ground is wet, a sump pump gives that water somewhere to go. It switches on when the pit fills and pushes the water outside.
Where the pump sends the water matters as much as the pump. If the discharge dumps it right next to the foundation, it just comes back. We plan where it goes as part of the job.
We install and replace sump pumps. We do not do basement waterproofing, basement finishing, foundation repair or mold work.

Do I need a sump pump or better gutters?
It depends where the water comes from. Roof water dumped by the foundation is a gutter and underground drain fix. Ground water rising under the floor is a sump pump job. Call and Frank can talk it through.
Can you replace my old sump pump?
Yes. If the old one fails or runs all the time, we can put in a new one and check the discharge line.
Is a sump pump the same as basement waterproofing?
No. We install and replace sump pumps. We do not do basement waterproofing systems, wall sealing or foundation repair.
